We are a group of 9 like minded entrepreneurs having different back ground & varied and rich experience who have joined hands together to form this Private Limited Company in February 2013. We all are students of EDII, Ahmedabad and which has brought us together to form this company. We are being mentored by Mr. Vijay Sinkar who is an Entrepreneur, having more than 42 years of experience in various industries such as Chemicals, Engineering, Projects, etc.

Within a short span of time we established two divisions- 1. Education and Training-VATS-a tutoring services and Entrepreneurship Development Centre. We have a state of art facilities in this division to cater services to students and budding entrepreneurs. 2. Manufacturing and distribution of a Multipurpose Liquid Detergent- Fresh-O-Clean. Our initial experience is very encouraging.

We will also start imports and distribution division by January 2014. We will start with specialty welding consumables and then expand by adding various specialty products in Chemicals, Rubber etc. We are looking to establish these divisions by 2014 and the move to our dream project of manufacturing Protein from Soya beans having a world class quality of Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score-1in 2014-15.
